DM Fashion has been serving its customers for over 15 years, and when I stepped in to partner with their marketing efforts they had realized they were at a crossroads— Their growth had become stagnant in an overly-saturated market, and they needed a new way to engage with their customers and attract new ones.

My role was a simple one— make DM Fashion’s voice be heard. Though the role may have been simple the task was not so much. We entered a re-branding process to figure out what exactly DM Fashion’s voice was— they had forgotten after all those years of selling, selling, selling.
 
After we established what we wanted the brand to be saying, and how, we implemented it in their social media marketing and in their email marketing. Matching an incredibly engaging voice with a captivating design increased their engagement by over 159%.
